Ambassify vs Sociuu

Looking for the Right Employee Advocacy Software?

We're biased, but we're not here to criticize. Just to show what makes Ambassify the right Sociuu alternative. Ambassify distributes company content as well as anyone. It also teaches employees how to post, and keeps them posting after the launch. See where Ambassify goes further:

46%

active ambassadors of Securex’s entire workforce, around 1,600 employees.

9+ years

of Barco running its program on Ambassify, with nearly half its advocates still active.

704K

impressions in twelve months, from 250 campaigns carried by their own people.

Launching is the easy part.

Every platform in this category can get a program live. What decides whether it works is whether people are still posting a year later. That is what Ambassify is built for, and it is what the comparison below is about.

Skills in the product, not on the side

Ambassify Skills is built into the campaign, so people learn at the moment they post, every time, with nobody scheduling a session. Sociuu delivers training as onboarding and adoption webinars run by their team.

Icon-71

Thought leadership, not recycled posts

It helps them write, it does not write for them. Original posts build authority and put new text about your brand where search engines and AI assistants can find it. Sociuu auto-drafts a caption per employee, to edit or use as it is.

icon_-10

ISO certified, not ISO ready

Ambassify is ISO 27001:2022 certified, independently audited every year, with all customer data hosted in the EU. Sociuu's own security line reads "ISO 27001 ready", which is not a certification.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the main differences between Ambassify and Sociuu?
Both are employee advocacy platforms, and Ambassify does everything you would expect: content distribution, scheduling, company pages, gamification, reporting, and thought leadership for executives and employees alike. The difference is what happens after the launch. We have been running advocacy programs in Europe since 2017, and the pattern repeats: the first months go well, then the same handful of people keep posting and everyone else goes quiet. Sociuu's own pricing page names the problem, saying the biggest barrier to launching is not knowing how many employees will actually engage. Ambassify is built to fix exactly that. A short lesson appears inside the campaign so employees learn how to post at the moment they post, and reporting shows actual impressions, reach, reactions, comments and reposts rather than potential reach, so you can see who is still active. We solve that problem rather than pricing around it.
Which platform is better for employee advocacy adoption?
Both companies agree on the problem. Sociuu's own pricing page says the biggest barrier to launching is not knowing how many employees will actually engage, and their answer is to give you up to 4,800 free licenses in year one. That removes a budgeting risk. It does not change whether an employee knows what to write. Ambassify treats that as the product: Skills teaches four paths, covering boosting, sharing, editing a share message and writing a personal post, inside the campaign itself. Securex began at around 10% of their workforce active, the industry norm, and today 46% of their whole workforce are active ambassadors. At Unique, 250 campaigns carried by their own people produced 704,000 impressions in twelve months. Every number comes straight from the LinkedIn API, not from potential reach.
Does Ambassify train employees, or only administrators?
Both. Sociuu delivers training as a service, with online sessions for your admin team and stakeholders plus onboarding and adoption webinars co-run with your employees, included in every plan. Their site also positions the product as needing no training at all. Ambassify trains the person posting, inside the product. Ambassify Skills puts a short lesson on the campaign itself, unlocks the action once it is completed, and lets admins upload their own social media policy and set the copy in every language enabled on the account.
Why is Ambassify's employee advocacy analytics better than alternative providers?
Because the numbers are counted, not estimated, and every one of them carries its base. Ambassify reports actual impressions, reach, reactions, comments and reposts, pulled from the social networks' own APIs, for LinkedIn, LinkedIn company pages, X and Facebook Pages. Reach is not available on X, because X does not provide it. Earned media value is calculated from your own cost per click and cost per mille, so the figure reflects your industry rather than a fixed rate. On top of that you get UTM tracking on every plan, conversion tracking with attribution for up to two years, affiliate tracking into your CRM, period-over-period trends, active member tracking, and an inline definition on every metric so finance and comms read the same number the same way. The question to ask any vendor is not how big the number is. It is what the number is a percentage of, and over what period.
How should I compare adoption rates between employee advocacy platforms?
Insist on two things for every number you are shown: what it is a percentage of, and over what period. Most adoption figures in this category state neither, so a number can mean share of total workforce, share of licensed seats, share of people who were already active, or share of a pilot group, and those four can differ by fifty points for the same program. Ask for the denominator in writing. Ambassify publishes figures with the base attached, for example Securex going from around 10% of their entire workforce active to 46% of their entire workforce. Then ask the question nobody's marketing answers: what does that number look like in year two.
How do I switch from Sociuu to Ambassify?
Export your member list, your content sources and your historical reporting from Sociuu before the contract ends. Ambassify onboarding covers account and group structure, single sign on, your import sources and your first campaigns. The part worth planning for is not technical: advocates who went quiet on the old platform tend to stay quiet on the new one unless something changes, which is why Skills is switched on from day one rather than added later.
